Why can't I access my course? 

When you log into Cloud Assess after some time away, you may see a message saying ‘No organisation found’.

When you log into Cloud Assess after an extended break, you may be presented with a page that says ‘No organisation found’ (Example below)

This can happen for a few reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Account inactivity – You haven’t logged into the platform for an extended period.

  • Deferral – You deferred your studies for a period of time.

  • Course expiry – Your course access period has expired.


How to regain access

Don’t worry — our Admin Team can help you reactivate your account.

To get access to your course as quickly as possible, please email admin@onfit.edu.au and include the following details:

  • Subject line - Your full name - Platform Access
  • Email body - Explain that you would like your access reinstated.

Once our Admin Team has reviewed your email, they will advise you on the next steps.
