I completed my enrolment form, but Admin have informed me that my USI number does not match my current name. How do I update?
How to update your USI details if they don’t align with your enrolment.
To finalise your enrolment, your USI number needs to be verified in our system. The most common error is a surname mismatch.
To update this, simply head to usi.gov.au, and follow the prompts. Once updated, let us know by emailing admin@onfit.edu.au, and we will verify on our end and finalise your enrolment record.
