How to request another attempt
1. Email education@onfit.edu.au with the subject line:
Unlock Assessment Request: [Your Name]
In your email, please include:

The module title and assessment name

(Optional) A brief explanation of why you chose your previous answers
How to prepare for your next attempt

Go to the Activities tab in your Learner Portal.

Select Completed to view your past submissions.

Right-click each Unsatisfactory attempt and open it in a new tab.

Compare your answers across attempts to identify where you went wrong.

Review your notes or course materials to fill any knowledge gaps before retrying.
Once your next attempt is available, you can continue your assessment.
