I paid for an extension, how long until I can access my account?

Extension applications can take up to 7 days to be processed, as per the form. However, we do endeavor to get these processed as soon as possible, as we know your studies are important to you.

Once your extension has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your course access will be reinstated.
