I paid for both Certificate III & IV in Fitness as a bundle. Why do I only have access to Certificate III?

As Certificate III in Fitness is a pre-requisite for Certificate IV in Fitness, you will be required to complete all aspects of your Cert III prior to Cert IV access.
Once you have completed your Certificate III, and you qualification has been issued, Certificate IV access will be provided.
