What is a Re-Enrolment and when do I need it?

Re-Enrolment, How It Works When Your Course Has Expired

If your course has expired and you'd like to continue your studies, re-enrolment is available for existing students at $845 for a new 12-month course duration. This rate is discounted from the standard enrolment fee and reflects your status as a returning student.

Course progress preservation. Your previously completed assessments are reviewed at re-enrolment. In most cases, completed assessments can be carried across to your new enrolment, particularly for stable units like Topic 1 of Cert III. They may not show as completed when you log back in, but our team will mark the full topic as completed once you confirm via email that you don't wish to redo them.

Course version updates. If the qualification has been updated since your previous enrolment (which happens periodically as the Training Package changes), re-enrolment automatically transfers you to the current version. We'll explain any new units or assessments that come with the updated version.

Payment options. The $845 fee is typically required upfront, but instalment plans are available. A common structure is $100 upfront followed by $50 per week. If you have an outstanding balance from your previous enrolment that needs to be cleared first, we can arrange to add the re-enrolment to your existing payment plan to keep things simple.

Combined Cert III and Cert IV duration. If you have an active Cert IV enrolment alongside an expired Cert III, you may be eligible to combine the two course durations. This means you can use your remaining Cert IV timeframe to complete Cert III first, and decide later whether to re-enrol into Cert IV. This option avoids the immediate re-enrolment fee.

To begin, contact our Admin team via email and we'll review your file, confirm what's outstanding, and walk you through the options that apply to your specific situation.
